From 26.06.2025 to 30.07.2025, Galerie Gleis4 in Zug showed works by Fritz Anton under the title “Linien im Fluss”. It was the artist’s first exhibition in Switzerland.
Fritz Anton, born in Hohenems in 1996, lives and works in Vienna and studied architecture at the Vienna University of Technology. That background shapes his visual language: architectural precision meets organic dynamism. His lines emerge intuitively and with momentum, and he deliberately leaves part of the process to gravity, which creates drips and colour gradients.
Contemporary press coverage of the exhibition describes works involving glass, mirrors and painting, together with flowing, meandering line structures. These are motifs that run through Anton’s work and reveal their figures and stories only on closer inspection.
